_ developing an effective change communication strategy
_ equipping leaders as change agents
_ using symbols and stories to drive cultural change
Andrea will draw on the case study of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s recent move to activity based working, in the new 80 Grenfell Street head office.
The ChangeHub will feature presentation, tour and light refreshments and canapés.

Andrea is currently the Senior Manager Employee Communications, which is Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s internal communications function. Andrea came to communication via journalism, with a passion for telling stories. She has been with the Bank since 2008, working within the space of cultural change and change communications.
